Quieting the Mind, and Anxiety Desensitizing Practices

Anna Mudd is approaching certification as a Skills for Change Coach in Grass Valley, California. She is an avid forager of urban and wild foods and medicine, and enjoys mending clothes and sewing curtains. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology, but rather than work with rocks, life has led her to become a salmon fisher on small boats in Alaska, and work with beekeepers in Idaho and California. Currently she holds a job underwater, as a diver cleaning and maintaining boats in the San Francisco Bay.
